Dear RoboFest Friends & Family: As announced before, there will be a free special class "Lego robots with Java programming" on Friday, March 15, 4:30 - 7:30pm and on Saturday, March 16, 9:00 - Noon Students need to attend both days. Please re-send your emails, if you did not get confirmation or answers from me. I am so sorry. Also, in the previous email, the qualification for the class was Teams for advanced division only. But I decided To open the class anyone who are interested in Java, which will be used in Computer Science AP exams from 2003. In order to reserve seats for this class, just send an email to robofest@yahoo.com Before March 11th (extended). The email must include name and grade of the student(s). Also, they must bring the following items in order to take the Java class - at least one Lego RCX brick and tower per team - at least one laptop per team - Lego pieces and batteries Regarding a half day RCX code programming seminar for Lego teams: It will be held on Sat. March 23. from 9:00am till 12:30pm. Notice that this class is mainly for RIS RCX code, not for RoboLab. Official coach needs to request an email to robofest@yahoo.com to attend the class.
